1 1/2 (one and one-half) c. sugar 3 1/2 (three and a half) c. cold water 1/2 c. apricot brandy Salt 2 c. strained strawberry juice 2 Tbsp. strained lemon juice 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind Make a syrup with sugar, cold water and apricot brandy and boil for 5 to 6 mins. Cool slightly and add a generous pin. of salt, strawberry juice, lemon juice and grated orange rind. Chill and then freeze.
