Recipe for cooking greek twirls salad

1 (12 ounce) pkg. rainbow twirls macaroni, uncooked
1 c. crumbled feta, Roquefort or blue cheese
1/2 c. chopped black olives
3/4 c. sliced radishes
1/4 c. sliced scallion
1 c. marinated artichoke hearts
1/2 c. olive or canola (or other vegetable) oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. oregano
Cook macaroni according to pkg. directions; drain. In a large bowl, toss hot cooked twirls with cheese, olives, radishes, scallion and artichoke hearts until well blended. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; toss with twirl mixture until in an even way coated. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill.
