There are many uses for fenugreek seeds as both a spice and for medicinal purposes including:

Using fenugreek seeds to make pickles is very popular in Asian countries and India. It has a maple aroma and when it is eaten, one’s urine has a maple aroma to as well. This is widely used to make syrups and confections. Fenugreek is now being used to increase the milk production in many nursing mothers. It has also been known to enlarge breasts either drinking it as a tea or taking it as pills. Some women make a lotion with fenugreek seeds and rub it right onto the breasts.
