2 Tbsp. soy sauce 2 Tbsp. sake 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce Combine all ingredients, whisking to blend well. Will keep for short periods if refrigerated. Serve as a dip for egg rolls.
