Posted by Annet222 at recipegoldmine.com May 22, 2001 Source: my friend Nancy 1 box light brown sugar 4 eggs 2 c. self-rising flour 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 c. chopped pecans Mix sugar and eggs. Add flour, vanilla extract and pecans. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 40 to 45 mins. in a 13 x 9-in. pan. If you like, once it is finished, you may drizzle a light glacé, or just thin down some store bought vanilla frosting which I always keep in the house...also works good.
