- Wash
and clean the lamb. Make long thin
slices of the boneless lamb.
- Take
a bowl and add corn flour and soy sauce, And mix it with the lamb slices. Deep
fry it in boiling oil.
- Remove the lamb from the pan and
sprinklesome corn flour over it and fry them again.
- Heat the another pan with some oil and add chopped onions
and finely
chopped capsicum and let it fry for a while.
- Add
the lamb fries to it and mix well.
- Add
chili sauce, soy sauce, salt and a pinch of ajinomoto
salt and
mix well.
