CRISPY LAMB FRIES

Boneless lamb 1 lb
Onion 2
Green pepper 1
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Ajinomoto a pinch
Oil
Salt
  • Wash and clean the lamb. Make long thin slices of the boneless lamb.
  • Take a bowl and add corn flour and soy sauce, And mix it with the lamb slices. Deep fry it in boiling oil.
  • Remove the lamb from the pan and sprinklesome corn flour over it and fry them again.
  • Heat the another pan with some oil and add chopped onions and finely chopped capsicum and let it fry for a while.
  • Add the lamb fries to it and mix well.
  • Add chili sauce, soy sauce, salt and a pinch of ajinomoto salt and mix well.
