- Take
a bowl and add garlic, lime juice, yogurt, turmeric, cardamom,
cinnamon, coriander, cumin, red chili powder and
salt and oil.
- Cut
the lamb into very fine cubes and marinade it with the
mixture for about 12 hours.
- Heat
the pan, make the lamb into small disc shape, and put it on the
pan and it will cook till it turns golden red.
