LAMB KEBAB

Lamb 2 pound
Minced garlic 2 tbsp
Cilantro chopped 1/4 Cup
Lime Juice 2
Yogurt 1/4 Cup
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt
Oil
  • Take a bowl and add garlic, lime juice, yogurt, turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, cumin, red chili powder and salt and oil.
  • Cut the lamb into very fine cubes and marinade it with the mixture for about 12 hours.
  • Heat the pan, make the lamb into small disc shape, and put it on the pan and it will cook till it turns golden red.
