MUTTON CHOP

Mutton 1 lb
Onion 1
Potatoes 2
Green pepper 1
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Papaya juice 1 tbsp
Garam Masala 2 tbsp (curry powder)
Red Chilly powder 1 tsp
Green Chili paste 1 tsp
Wheat Flour 2 tbsp
Black pepper 2 tsp
Egg (beaten) 3
Oil
Salt
  • Soak the meat in ginger, papaya juice & a tsp of oil for 5-6 hours.
  • Then add garam masala, green chili paste, salt andwheat flour & mix thoroughly.
  • Cut the onion, potato and capsicum into small pieces.
  • Add the onions, potatoes & green peppers to the mutton mixture.
  • Heat the pan with the oil and fry the beaten eggsseasoned with salt & black pepper.
  • In a baking dish place the fried eggs.
  • Then spread the meat mixture on top of the fried eggs andput the dish into a moderately heated oven andbake till the meat & potatoes are done.
  • Turn the meat upside down while serving on the dish so that it is covered with the fried eggs.
