FRIED MUTTON

Meat 1 lb
Black pepper 1 tsp
Carrot 2
Tomato 2
Vinegar 1tsp
Peas 1/2 cup
Potato 3
Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
Green chilies 2
Salt
Oil
  • Heat the oil and fry the meat till brown. Add the chopped carrots, tomatoes and fry for 2 min. Add salt and vinegar in it, after 2 min add little water in it.
  • Cook on the lower heat, when it dry add lemon juice, green chilies in it. cook for 5 min.
  • Add the boiled peas and potatoes in it, mix it well.
  • Sprinkle the black pepper powder on it. Cook for 2 min.
