- Soak
channa dal in water for two hours.
- Boil meat with channa dal, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, cardamoms, pepper
and little water till it becomes tender.
- Drain off
the excess water and grind to paste.
- Take a bowl and add beaten egg, salt, chilly powder, ground
masala ,lime juice and salt. Mix it well.
- Now add the finely chopped onion, green chilly and mint leaves.
- Now
it becomes very thick paste.
- Take
a little keema paste make small flatten balls , Fry with the oil
till it turns brown. After frying put a thin layer of cream
in an ovenproof dish. Arrange the kababs.
- Cover
it with the cream and bake oven for 15 min.
