MALAI KABAB

Minced Meat 1 lb
Channa Dal 3 tbsp
Ginger 1 inch
Garlic flakes 6
Green Chilies 4
Coriander Leaves 1/2 cup
Cinnamon Stick 1/2 inch
Cardamoms 2
Pepper Corns 7
Chili powder 2 tsp
Egg 1
Garam Masala 2 tsp (curry powder)
Onion 1
Cream 3/4 cup
Mint leaves small bunch
Lime juice
Oil
Salt
  • Soak channa dal in water for two hours.
  • Boil meat with channa dal, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, cardamoms, pepper and little water till it becomes tender.
  • Drain off the excess water and grind to paste.
  • Take a bowl and add beaten egg, salt, chilly powder, ground masala ,lime juice and salt. Mix it well.
  • Now add the finely chopped onion, green chilly and mint leaves.
  • Now it becomes very thick paste.
  • Take a little keema paste make small flatten balls , Fry with the oil till it turns brown. After frying put a thin layer of cream in an ovenproof dish. Arrange the kababs.
  • Cover it with the cream and bake oven for 15 min.
  • Serve with Chutney.
