Posted by JBic01 at recipegoldmine.com 5/17/02 1:13:11 pm 1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling 6 (8-in.) flour tortillas 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/3 c. butter or butter-replacement 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar 1/2 c. water Spoon fruit filling in an even way down center of each tortilla; sprinkle and distribute in an even way with cinnamon. Roll up, and place, seam side down, in a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. Bring butter and next 3 ingredients to a boil in a med. saucepan; reduce heat, and simmer, stirring constantly, 3 mins. Pour over enchiladas. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 20 mins.
