2 c. sugar 2/3 c. light Karo® syrup 3 c. pecans 1/4 c. water 3 tsp. baking soda Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray Pam over it. Combine sugar, Karo® syrup, pecans and water in a saucepan. Boil to the hard-crack stage. Remove from heat and immediately add the baking soda. Stir furiously. Pour onto prepared cookie sheet. Let cool, then crack into pieces.
