2 c. shredded, cooked chicken 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/4 c. sliced scallions 3/4 c. mild salsa 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 c. diced avocado 8 flour tortillas, warmed In a small bowl, combine first five ingredients; carefully fold in avocado. Divide mixture in an even way among tortillas. Carefully fold in sides of tortillas, making sure to enclose all filling; secure on both ends with wooden picks. Deep fry in oil at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 3 to 5 mins. or until golden brown. Serve hot with sour cream and salsa.
