3 c. green cabbage, finely shredded 3 c. red cabbage, finely shredded 1 c. firmly packed cilantro leaves, minced 1/4 c. Mexican lime juice 1 Tbsp. water 1 Tbsp. honey 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds Salt and pepper In a large non-reactive bowl, mix cabbages, cilantro, lime juice, water, honey and cumin seeds. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate.
