1 lb. yellow cornmeal 2 c. powdered milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 1/2 tsp. butter 2 eggs Mix all ingredients. Fry in hot canola (or other vegetable) oil, dropping mixture by Tbsp. into the oil. Makes about 30.
