6 flour tortillas 3 c. shredded Monterey jack cheese 6 Tbsp. chopped scallions Fill each tortilla with 1/2 c. cheese and 1 Tbsp. scallion. Roll each and place in an 8-in. square or rectangular dish. Melt 1/4 c. butter. Add 1/4 c. flour. Stir in 2 c. chicken broth until thick. Remove from heat and add 1 c. sour cream, 1 (4 ounce) can green chiles, seeded and chopped. Pour over the tortillas. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 20 mins.
