1 c. sour cream 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 jalapeƱo pepper, stemmed, seeded, and minced 3 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped (no stems) 1/2 tsp. ground cumin Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for several hours before serving to blend flavors.
