1 fryer chicken, cut into parts Marinade 1 c. fresh orange juice 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1 tsp. orange zest 4 cloves garlic, chopped 1/2 tsp. thyme 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. marjoram 4 bay leaves, crumbled Salt to taste Pepper to taste Combine all marinade ingredients and marinate chicken parts overnight. Grill over moderate heat, turning a few times, to desired doneness.
