1 cooked small turkey, disjointed 1 (10 ounce) can tomatillos, drained 1/2 c. pumpkin seeds 1/4 c. blanched almonds 1 can peeled green chiles 2 c. rich chicken broth Salt to taste 1/4 c. oil 1/2 c. minced parsley Put tomatillo, pumpkin seeds, almonds, and chiles through blender or fine blade food grinder. Mix broth with ground mixture; add salt and simmer in hot oil for 10 mins. Add turkey; cook another 10 mins. Add parsley; cook 5 more mins. before serving. Serves 8 to 10.
