2 1/4 (two and one-fourth) c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. soft margarine 1 c. honey 1 egg 1 c. applesauce Combine flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Cut in margarine. Add remaining ingredients; beat well. Stir in 3/4 c. raisins, if desired. Bake in a greased and floured 13 x 9-in. pan at 350 degrees fahrenheit until the cake tests done, about 40 mins.
