1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 envelope taco seasoning
4 oz. chopped green chiles
1 1/4 (one and one-fourth) c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick®
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded Cheddar or jack cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit. Grease a large pie pan.
Cook beef and onion until brown. Drain. Stir in seasoning mix. Spread in pie pan. Top with chiles. Beat milk, Bisquick® and eggs for 15 seconds in the blender. Pour into the pie pan. Bake for 25 mins.
Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake about 8 to 10 mins. Cool for 5 mins. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce and shredded cheese.
