3 to 4 jalapeƱo peppers, seeded and chopped 1 large onion, finely chopped 1 garlic clove, minced 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded 6 eggs, beaten Sprinkle and distribute peppers, onion and garlic into a well-greased 9-in. square or rectangular pan. Cover with cheese. Pour eggs over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 1/2 an hour or until firm. Cool; cut into 1-in. squares or rectangles.
