3/4 c. milk 2 c. cajeta or caramel sauce 1/4 c. sweetened condensed milk 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1 prepared angel food cake 2 c. diced mango Bring the milk to a boil in a large saucepan. Add the cajeta, condensed milk and walnuts, stirring until well mixed. Remove from heat. Slice the angel food cake and place on dessert plates. Spoon the sauce over the cake, and top with the mangoes.
