1 lb. pork chops 1 c. tomato sauce 3 Tbsp. chili sauce 1 1/4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. Dijon mustard 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/8 tsp. ground cumin 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. black pepper Arrange pork chops in a shallow baking dish. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chops, cover, and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 325 degrees fahrenheit. Place chops on rack in baking pan; spoon sauce over and bake about 1 hour or until tender.
