One of the hottest in the West!!! 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans 1/4 c. butter 1/3 pound Cheddar cheese, grated 2 tsp. jalapeño pepper, chopped 1 tsp. jalapeño pepper juice 1 med. onion, grated fine Heat all ingredients in a double boiler until the cheese is melted and ingredients are thoroughly blended. Serve in a chafing dish with corn chips.
