Recipe for cooking prickly pear lemonade

4 c. water Juice of 6 lemons 1 sliced lemon 1/2 c. prickly pear juice (or 3 to 4 frozen prickly pear ice cubes) 2/3 c. sugar Combine water, lemon juice, and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves fully and completely. Add lemon slices. Serve over ice or chill until cold. Makes 5 servings.
