2 lbs. stew meat, cut into 1-in. cubes 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans 1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes 2 or 3 c. water 1 c. chopped green chiles 2 (15 ounce) cans hominy Salt and pepper, to taste Brown meat. Add remaining ingredients and boil gently for 3 or 4 hours, until meat is tender.
