This is a wonderful way to use up leftover salsa. 1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard 1/4 c. red wine vinegar 1 c. extra-virgin olive oil 1/4 c. fresh salsa Combine mustard, vinegar and olive oil and whisk together thoroughly. Add salsa and whisk until blended.
