1 pkg. Jimmy Dean Roll Sausage,
cooked, drained, crumbled
11 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
12 (10-in.) flour tortillas
8 oz. shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 can chopped green chiles, drained
1 (10 ounce) pkg. frozen corn, thawed
3/4 tsp. salt
Mix softened cream cheese and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Spread mixture in an even way on 6 tortillas. Sprinkle and distribute sausage, cheese, chiles, corn and salt in an even way over the 6 tortillas. Top with remaining tortillas; press down. Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 10 mins., flipping after 5 mins.
Cut each quesadilla into 8 wedges and serve immediately.
