1/4 pound ground meat 12 corn tortillas 4 oz. green chiles Salt and pepper 1 c. tomatoes (sliced fresh) 1 c. grated cheese 1/2 c. onions 1/2 c. soup stock Cut the tortillas into 3/4-in. strips. Sauté the onions, add tomato and garlic powder with the meat and green chiles. Place the DRY tortilla strips in a casserole dish. Add the soup stock and the meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 20 mins.
