1/2 c. Sourdough Starter 3/4 tsp. salt 1 c. milk 1 c. flour 1 Tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 3 Tbsp. butter, melted Mix the first three ingredients in the morning and let set, covered, in a bowl for 8 to 10 hours. Mix the remaining ingredients and add 1 c. of flour. Stir into first mixture. Knead a few times. Pat out flat and cut into biscuits. Place in a 9-in. square or rectangular pan that has 3 Tbsp. melted butter in it. Dip biscuits in butter and turn over. Let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for about 1/2 an hour or until brown.
