Dough1 1/2 (one and one-half) c. hot water 2 pkg. instant yeast 2 Tbsp. sugar 1 Tbsp. garlic salt 2 Tbsp. olive oil 4 c. flour 1 c. blue or yellow corn meal Mix together water, yeast, sugar, salt and oil. Let rest 5 mins. until spongy. Add flour and corn meal, and mix until dough is not sticky. Knead for 5 mins. Roll into 6 balls. Let rest for 15 mins., then roll into 8-in. circles. Filling 6 chicken breasts, sautéed 3 c. red and green poblano peppers, roasted 3 c. mixed cheese (Cheddar-jack) 3/4 c. goat cheese Paprika
