2 Tbsp. soft butter 2 c. milk 1 1/2 (one and one-half) c. Cheddar or jack cheese, cubed 2 c. dry, uncooked macaroni 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. mustard 2 Tbsp. green chiles, chopped 2 eggs, beaten 2 Tbsp. butter, melted 1/2 c. bread crumbs Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Mix all ingredients except butter and bread crumbs. Put into a casserole. Sprinkle and distribute with crumbs mixed with butter. Bake 40 to 50 mins.
