Recipe for cooking splatter dabs

1 c. sourdough starter 1 c. flour 1 egg, beaten 1 1/2 (one and one-half) c. whole milk 1/2 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. butter, melted 1 tsp. baking soda 1 Tbsp. sugar Mix all and beat. Pour or ladle onto a hot griddle. Turn over when bubbles form on top of the splatter dabs.
