Makes 16 servings. 1 lb. raw, blanched whole almonds 1 tsp. coarse salt, or to taste 1/4 tsp. ground cumin 1/4 tsp. crushed coriander seeds 2 Tbsp. olive oil Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit. Spread almonds in shallow pan, place in oven until lightly browned, about 15 to 20 mins. Let cool. Combine salt, cumin and crushed coriander. Toss almonds with olive oil and sprinkle and distribute with seasoned salt. Return to oven for 5 more mins. Serve warm.
