This makes one fajita. 1 large flour tortilla 2 small cans tuna 1/3 c. salsa Cream cheese Spread tuna down center of tortilla. Spread salsa over tuna. Sprinkle and distribute with lettuce. Roll up tortilla loosely like a rug. Microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds. Spread some cream cheese on top and you’re in heaven.
