2 lbs. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 1 can mushrooms 2 c. rice 2 c. catsup 1 small can tomato paste 3 c. milk 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 2 Tbsp. parsley 1 can chili beans Brown hamburger, onion and mushrooms. Add remaining ingredients, except for chili beans and simmer until rice is cooked and liquids are absorbed. Mix in chili beans just a couple mins. before removing from heat.
