Vegetarian Curry Recipes

KADI

Sour curd 2 cup
Besan flour 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Green chili 3
Mustar seeds 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida a pinch
Curry leaves
Salt
Oil

  • Take a bowl and add sour buttermilk, besan flour, turmeric powder, salt, mix well.
  • Heat the pan with the oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, chopped green chili, curry leaves, fry for a min.
  • Add buttermilk mixture and sugar and stir well. Let it boil for 3 minutes.
