- Take a bowl
and add sour buttermilk, besan flour, turmeric powder, salt, mix
well.
- Heat the pan
with the oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, chopped
green chili, curry leaves, fry for a min.
- Add buttermilk
mixture and sugar and stir well. Let it boil for 3 minutes.
