- Cut the
paneer into 3/4 inch cubes.
- Take
the coriander, cumin, peppercorns, and fenugreek seeds in
a blender and grind coarsely with little water and keep it aside.
- Heat
the butter in a pan and add the chopped onions and fry
until it becomes golden color and add the garlic paste and
fry for a while.
- Add
the grounded spices and salt into it. Stir-fry for 30-seconds.
- Then
add chopped tomatoes and peppers.Continue to stir and cook until
the peppers are tender.
- Now
add the paneer in the lower the heat and
stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the paneer is heated
through. Remove from the heat.
- Add lemon juice to taste.
