SPINACH RAITHA

Spinach a small bunch or baby spinach 1 pound
Sour cream 1/2 cup (whole milk yogurt)
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt
  • Wash and clean the spinach and cut into very fine pieces.
  • Take a bowl and add chopped spinach, yogurt, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • Add chopped Date fruit for sweet taste.
