APPLE PICKLE

Green apple (sour) 1
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Urad dal 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida a pinch
Curry Leaves
Salt
Oil
  • Cut the apple into very small pieces.
  • Add red chili powder, salt, oil, asafoetida to the chopped apple and mix well.
  • Heat the pan with the oil, add mustard seeds,urad dal and fry until it become golden brown and add curry leaves.
  • Add it to the apple mixture and mix well.
