- Cut the apple
into very small pieces.
- Add red
chili powder, salt, oil, asafoetida to the chopped apple
and mix well.
- Heat the pan with the oil,
add mustard seeds,urad dal and fry until it become golden brown and add curry leaves.
- Add it to the apple mixture
and mix well.
