- Cut
the mango into medium size pieces. Then
mix with salt and keep it aside for 2 hours.
- Mix mustard powder, chili powder, turmeric
powder, fenugreek powder, asafoetida and add the mangoes and
mix well.
- Heat
the pan with oil add these mangoes and mixture.
- Heat
the pan for 10 min now the oil should come to the top.
- Remove
the pan from heat.
- For
the next 4 days, stir it with a dry wooden stick once everyday.
