LIME PICKLE

| Asafoetida |

| Fenugreek

| Sesame
oil |

| Salt |

- Wash and clean the lime and then cut into medium pieces.
- Add
salt, red chilipowder, asafoetida and oil mix well and
keep it aside for 24 hrs.
- Heat the pan with oil and fry mustard seed, fenugreek seeds and
this lime mix.
- When
the oil separates remove the pan from heat.
