TOMATO PICKLE

Tomato 6
Red chili powder 3 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
Asafoetida 1/2 tsp
Oil 4 tsp
Salt
  • Cut the tomatoes into large pieces.
  • Grind it in a blender to make it into a thick juice.
  • Heat the pan with oil and fry mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, now add the tomato juice and mix well.
  • Then add the red chili powder and salt.
  • Heat with constant frying until it becomes a thick paste.
