| Fenugreek powder |

- Add a few spoons of water in the dry narthangai and red
chili powder and allow toboil until narthangai
becomes soft.
- Heat
1 tsp of oil, add mustard seeds. When it splutters, then add fenugreek powder
andasafoetida.
- Then
add this to the narthangai mix.
