NARTHANGAI PICKLE (GRAPE FRUIT)

Narthangai 1 cup
Mustard seeds 1/2 cup
Fenugreek powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 4 tsp
Oil
  • Add a few spoons of water in the dry narthangai and red chili powder and allow toboil until narthangai becomes soft.
  • Heat 1 tsp of oil, add mustard seeds. When it splutters, then add fenugreek powder andasafoetida.
  • Then add this to the narthangai mix.
