MIXED VEGETABLE PICKLE

Carrots 1 cup
Green chillies 5
Onion 2
Red pepper 1/2 cup
Cauliflower 1 cup
Ginger 1/4 cup
White vinegar 1/2 cup
Mustard powder 2 tsp
Fenugreek powder 2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Oil 1 cup
Salt
  • Cut all the vegetables into small pieces.
  • Mix all the vegetables, add as much salt as needed to coat all vegetables.
  • Pour the vinegarto cover and a little bit more, then add mustard seed powder, fenugreek powder, and coriander powder with the vegetables.
