Recipe for cooking mushrooms with sour cream

8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced 2 Tbsp. butter or butter-replacement 1 tsp. flour 1/2 c. dairy sour cream 1/4 tsp. salt Dash of pepper Minced dill weed or parsley Cook and stir mushrooms in butter for 3 mins. Stir in flour; cook and stir for 1 minute. Stir in sour cream, salt and pepper. Heat, stirring occasionally, just until hot. Sprinkle and distribute with dill weed. Yields 4 servings.
