- Cook
basmati rice and keep aside.
- Take
a pan and pre heat with the ghee and add garlic pieces and fry
into golden brown.
- Add
black pepper powder, curry leaves and mix.
- Now
add the rice and salt and mix well.
- Serve
with Raitha or Papad.
