BLACK PEPPER RICE

Basmati rice 1 cup
Garlic 5
pepper powder 4 tsp
Ghee 5 tsp
Salt
  • Cook basmati rice and keep aside.
  • Take a pan and pre heat with the ghee and add garlic pieces and fry into golden brown.
  • Add black pepper powder, curry leaves and mix.
  • Now add the rice and salt and mix well.
  • Serve with Raitha or Papad.
