VANGHI BATH

Eggplant Large 1
Rice 1 cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Bay leaves 3
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Cardamom 3
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Onion 1
Tomato 2
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Water 3 cup
Cilantro leaves
Salt
  • Cut the egg plant into small pieces.
  • Heat the pan with the butter and bay leaves and cardamom.
  • Fry till its brown, then add the chopped onion and fry until it becomes golden brown. Then add the garlic paste and ginger paste fry these until the aroma comes out.
  • Now add the chopped tomatoes and eggplant fry for a while. Then add the turmeric and chili powder, cilantro leaves into it and fry for a min.
  • Now add the raw rice and salt, Add the water, rice is cooked in 10 minutes.
