- Cook rice
in 4 cups water.
- Roast
the cashews in Melted butter until it becomes golden brown and
keep it aside.
- Heat the oil and fry mustard, urad dal, green chilies, curry
leaves.
- Add
grated coconut and fry for a min. Add this to the cookedrice.
- Add
salt and roasted cashews. Mix it well.
